Industrial Pipe Bookshelf - 3-Tier Rustic Brown Pipe Shelving Unit (29.5"L x 11.8"W x 39"H) - Vintage Style Pipe Shelf for Home Office, Living Room & Bedroom Storage

I needed a narrow closet for my bathroom. I saw this and decided to get it instead. I really like how it looks in my bathroom and it’s narrow like I wanted. There is a bit of a trick putting it together because as you screw one piece in to place it unscrews another part. But my son figured it out quickly. Otherwise it couldn’t be any easier to assemble. The shelf’s are sturdy and I love the steampunk look to it I would buy it againThe shelving and pipe for this unit looks great once assembled. Gives a nice rustic/industrial look and can fit in with a lot of different decor. I did have one issue with this item. The first shelving unit that was sent didnt have the middle holes drilled and one of the pipes had some significant scratches. I contacted the sellers and they sent me a whole new unit to replace the defective parts! Now I have extras! What should I build now?? Very easy to deal with and speedy shipping on the replacement.Update: Once the seller discovered my emails they immediately communicated with me. They explained the problem, apologized & sent out a replacement right away. Sure enough, it IS a lovely product. I’m very pleased with both customer service and with the industrial shelf unit.Original review:This would have been a lovely product if the company had responded to the following email (that I sent 3 times:)“I recently purchased your Industrial Pipe Shelf, which looks very nice. However, unfortunately, when I went to assemble it there were not 8 “A” pipes, there were only 4, along with 4 pipes that appear to have been assembled with the wrong piece on one end. (There were also a couple of pieces that were connected to the wrong pipes, which had me rather puzzled until I figured out what belonged where!)Since your instructions said to contact you in the event of defective parts, I’m sending you this email along with some photos. I’d really appreciate it if you can send me the correct parts so I can properly assemble & use it. Many thanks.”I’m disappointed by the Anynice people. The product seems very well constructed & would have been a nice home for my Buddhist books. I was also planning on buying other products from them, but if I can’t get a response from customer service when pieces are missing, I can’t risk it. I hate having to leave a bad review for a good product, but if it can’t be used due to missing pieces & no customer service, then I can’t really call it a good product. Disappointing.I love this shelf! Good quality, no damage to any pieces, packaged very well. Easy to assemble and beautiful for displaying my plants!! Love it!!Really easy to assemble. Holds quiet a bit. Great storage. Only wish the adjustable thingy at the bottom was black color instead of silver to match the rest of the leg parts.This shelf is great, just as pictured and described. One thing I really like about it is that you can shorten it by about 4 in if you remove parts of the top and bottom. It's kind of like a puzzle that way. It looks very nice and is pretty sturdy. Very happy with it.This is perfect for our camper. The space is awesome to store items on.Missing parts B2, and C4. Need them to complete set up.
